Delivery & Returns

Posted from our workshop in England. Tracked, signed-for, and insured.

Delivery

We dispatch Monday to Friday from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day.

Shipping rates and times

United Kingdom — Free

2–4 working days via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Next-day delivery is available at checkout.

Europe — £25

5–8 working days. Tracked and signed-for. EU customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT charges applicable in their country.

USA & Canada — £40

7–12 working days. Tracked international service. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of world — from £80

New Zealand and Australia: £80. South America: £100. Other destinations: contact us before ordering.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us.

Returns

You may return your Skadi within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

How to return

Email info@skadi-uk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Skadi arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us at info@skadi-uk.com with photos. We will arrange free collection and send a replacement at no cost to you. Skadi carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
